Additions provide a way to increase living area to a home by adding a new room or rooms to an existing home.  In many of the additions we do, a new kitchen and (or) bathroom is added to better suit the home for a growing family or better comfort.  An addition can also be built to increase the size of an existing room. With a typical addition, the homeowners concept is manifested onto paper and the design is accomplished through the Maynard Construction team.  Keeping the existing style of the home is a main goal of transforming something new and making it part of something existing.  This is done by matching all existing doors, windows, casings, flooring, siding and roofing whenever possible.
